Company
General Questions
Craetorian Solutions is a global remote IT managed services and AI consulting firm. Founded in 2026 under the Craetorian Group, we deliver enterprise-grade technology expertise to businesses across the United States, Ghana, Tanzania, and beyond — 100% remotely. Every engagement is led by Yaw Konadu, a technology professional with 28 years of enterprise IT experience spanning New York, The Hague, and Arusha.
We work with SMBs, NGOs, professional services firms, and enterprise organizations that need reliable, accountable IT management without building an internal IT department. Our clients are typically in the 5–500 staff range across the US, West Africa, and East Africa — though we serve organizations globally.
Craetorian is principal-led — meaning every engagement is directed by Yaw Konadu personally. We do not use junior staff or outsource delivery. For larger projects, we work with a curated network of vetted specialists. You always work directly with someone who has enterprise delivery experience.
Three things: depth of experience (28 years, United Nations-level delivery), accountability (you work with the principal, not an account manager), and global reach (we genuinely serve Africa, not just list it as a market). We also price differently by region — so global south businesses pay fair rates, not Western rates.

Yes. Our core managed IT offering is a monthly retainer that covers helpdesk support, monitoring, patch management, Microsoft 365 administration, and proactive maintenance. Engagements are scoped to your specific environment — we don't sell bundled tiers with services you don't need.
Yes — M365 migration is a core capability. Yaw led the enterprise-wide migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365 at the United Nations IRMCT, a multi-site, multi-country deployment. We handle tenant setup, data migration, user onboarding, and post-migration support for organizations of all sizes.
Yes. We design and build professional websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and custom web applications. Our approach focuses on performance, SEO, and mobile-first design. We also provide ongoing maintenance, hosting guidance, and digital marketing support to drive traffic after launch.
Yes. We provide cybersecurity assessments, policy development, staff awareness training, endpoint security configuration, and ongoing monitoring. For organizations in regulated industries or those handling sensitive data, we also advise on compliance frameworks relevant to your region.

Pricing
Most engagements are scoped and priced individually based on your environment, team size, and requirements. We do not publish a price list for managed services — your situation is unique and deserves a custom scope. AI training workshops are the exception: those have published, transparent pricing by tier. Book a free discovery call to get a proposal for your specific needs.
Yes — for AI training workshops. We use a geo-aware dual-tier pricing model: Tier A (US, UK, EU, AU, SG, AE, and similar markets) and Tier B (Africa, South Asia, Latin America). Tier B rates are set to reflect local purchasing power and market rates — not discounted as charity, but properly calibrated. For managed services and consulting, pricing is always scoped individually and accounts for the client's context.
Managed IT retainers typically run on a 3-month minimum engagement, then month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients into contracts they can't exit — if we're not delivering value, you should be able to leave. Project engagements (websites, migrations, ERP deployments) are governed by a statement of work with clear deliverables and milestones.
We accept payment in USD via bank transfer, and card payments via invoice. For clients in Ghana and Tanzania, we can discuss local payment arrangements on request. All pricing is quoted in USD as the primary billing currency.
Working Together
Process
Start with a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll discuss your current environment, pain points, and goals — then send a written proposal within 48 hours. There's no obligation and no sales pressure. Book your call here.
All delivery is 100% remote via secure remote access tools, Microsoft Teams / Zoom, email, and documented ticketing systems. We have successfully delivered enterprise IT projects across multiple countries without needing to be physically on-site. For AI training workshops, we deliver live sessions via video conference with full recording provided.
For managed IT retainer clients: critical issues within 1 hour, standard requests within 4 hours on business days. For project engagements: we agree SLA targets in the engagement scope. All clients receive a direct contact channel — not a generic support queue.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any scoping discussion that involves sensitive information. For managed services where we access client systems or data, we execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Clients subject to GDPR, HIPAA, or local data protection regulations can request compliance-specific clauses.
Core stack: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, MECM, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams. We also work with AWS, Google Workspace, and major ERP platforms. For web delivery: HTML/CSS/JS, WordPress, and modern frameworks. We work in your environment — we don't require you to adopt new platforms.
Workshops
AI Training
Our workshops are primarily designed for non-technical professionals — executives, managers, legal staff, marketers, operations teams — who want to apply AI tools in their daily work without needing a technical background. We also run sessions for technical teams on AI workflow design and LLM integration.
The Individual plan is a 1-hour recorded workshop with 30-day replay access, a prompt template pack, an AI workflow workbook (PDF), and a certificate of completion. It's delivered as a pre-recorded, on-demand session — enrol and access immediately.
Team sessions are live, 1.5–2 hour interactive workshops for up to 20 participants over video conference. Includes Q&A, live demos, role-specific prompt packs, a full recording, and certificates for all attendees. Sessions are scheduled at a time that works for your team.
Corporate engagements are fully custom: half-day or full-day formats, unlimited participants, content tailored to your industry and team roles, branded materials, on-site delivery available in East Africa, and a follow-up Q&A session. Pricing is by quote — contact us to discuss.
The Tier A / Tier B pricing model reflects real market differences in purchasing power and competitive rates. AI training in African markets is priced at $150 individual / $120 per person for teams — premium relative to free alternatives from Google and Microsoft, but accessible relative to Western rates. Tier A markets (US, UK, EU, etc.) are priced at $895 individual / $800 per person for teams, aligned with the instructor-led AI course market in those regions.
No. Our workshops are designed to be immediately useful for people who have never used AI tools professionally. We start with practical, hands-on applications — not theory — so participants leave with specific prompts and workflows they can use the next working day.
Where We Operate

For AI training corporate engagements, yes — on-site delivery is available in East Africa. For managed IT services, all delivery is remote. Where physical hardware presence is needed (e.g., cable runs, server installation), we coordinate with vetted local partners.
Yes — this is a core part of our model. Yaw has worked across US Eastern, Central European, and East African time zones simultaneously during his UN tenure. We schedule engagements, support windows, and training sessions to suit your team's location.
