Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Craetorian Solutions, a subsidiary of the Craetorian Group ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website at craetoriansolutions.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Services Description

Craetorian Solutions provides the following professional services:

  • Custom Software and Business Systems
  • Network and Infrastructure Services

  • Physical Security and Access Control
  • Digital Marketing and Communications
  • Mobile Application Development

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Website Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site without written permission
  • Impersonate Craetorian Solutions or any of its personnel
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with the site

3.2 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, SVG illustrations, design elements, and code — is the intellectual property of Craetorian Solutions or the Craetorian Group and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 4. Service Engagements

4.1 Engagement Process

All service engagements are governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) agreed between Craetorian Solutions and the client. These Terms apply to your use of our website and general inquiries. Specific service terms — including scope, pricing, SLAs, and liability — are contained in the relevant client agreements.

4.2 AI Training Workshops

Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed booking confirmation. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable. Craetorian Solutions reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

4.3 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in a client contract, payment terms are as follows:

  • Project engagements: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery
  • Monthly retainer services: Invoiced monthly in advance
  • Workshops and training: Payment in full prior to session
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

5. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of service delivery, confidential information may be exchanged. Craetorian Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client data, business information, and technical systems accessed during an engagement. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of our proprietary methodologies, pricing, and internal processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craetorian Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.

AI training workshop content is educational in nature. Outcomes will vary depending on individual application, industry context, and implementation effort.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craetorian Solutions, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the governing law, without prejudice to any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

For clients based in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. Specific service agreements will contain their own termination provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable client service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craetorian Solutions regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements.
