Yaw Konadu

Yaw Konadu founded Craetorian Solutions on a simple premise: that businesses deserve enterprise-grade IT expertise without the enterprise price tag. With 28 years of hands-on technical experience spanning New York, The Hague, and Arusha, he has personally designed, built, and managed the same technologies Craetorian delivers to clients today.

Yaw is not a generalist consultant. He is a practitioner. He has migrated organizations to Microsoft 365, architected Azure cloud environments, managed enterprise networks and security infrastructure, led ERP deployments, and directed IT operations for one of the world's most demanding international institutions — the United Nations. Every service on the Craetorian menu reflects work he has done at scale, under real operational pressure, for real organizations.

His AI expertise is equally applied. He designs and delivers AI training programs for non-technical professionals and technical teams alike, builds AI-powered workflows, and advises organizations on where and how to integrate AI tools for measurable productivity gains — not theoretical ones.

International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY)
Joined the ICTY in The Hague, Netherlands. Led Service Desk operations and managed enterprise IT assets across multiple international locations in a high-stakes judicial environment.
